Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop mail management solution, which will grant you full authority over your email mailboxes and mail campaigns. With this easy-to-use graphical user interface, you can create a new e-mail box account in no time and manage its settings with ease. In addition, you can forward email messages from one e-mailbox to another, finetune mail filters, create auto-response messages and shield your mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your email boxes against unsolicited bulk e-mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no undesired mails will find their way into your email box. Your e-mails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether a message blacklisted as spam should be erased or redirected to a certain electronic mail account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are excellent for sorting your incoming electronic mails on the basis of specific rules specified by you. Setting up email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantly. You can easily create an email filter for any of your mail accounts and choose the e-mail filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming electronic mails from one email mailbox to another, or even to a number of other e-mailboxes. Just choose the e-mailbox you would like to redirect e-mails from, then specify the target email box and select if you would like to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can easily configure the email client of your choosing to access your email box accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox you would like to set up on your computer or mobile phone and click on the mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new e-mail box will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager GUI, working with multiple e-mailbox accounts simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also enable you to quickly set up an auto-reply message - enter the message you would like people to notice and our system will handle everything else.
